Delete Your Account

1. How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your Retro Journal account and all associated data, send an email to:

renatojobal@gmail.com

Please use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address you used to register your account.

2. What Gets Deleted

Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently deleted from our servers:

• Account credentials
• All journal entries
• All checkpoints
• Sync data
• Cloud backups

3. What Gets Kept

Nothing. All data associated with your account is permanently deleted. We do not retain any of your personal data after deletion.

4. Retention Period

Your data is deleted immediately upon processing your request. Requests are processed within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Local Data

This deletion only applies to data stored on our servers (cloud sync). Local data on your device is not affected by this process. To remove local data, uninstall the app from your device.
